Search Standing/For Agencies
For Agencies

The diagnostic layer behind your agency. Your brand on the front.

A white label SEO audit and build specification, produced for agencies serving B2B and industrial clients. We do the competitive analysis and write the spec. You keep the client, the relationship and the retainer.

We never contact your clients and we do not compete for delivery work.

The arrangement[1]

How does white label SEO work?

White label SEO is an arrangement where one firm produces the work and another delivers it to the client under its own brand. Here that means we produce the competitive analysis and the build specification; your agency presents it, implements it and holds the relationship.

The reason this exists is straightforward. Small and mid-size creative agencies build good websites for industrial clients and then get asked why those sites do not rank, or why an AI assistant names a competitor. Competitive search diagnostics is a separate discipline requiring separate tooling, and it rarely justifies a full-time hire at agency scale.

How the white label arrangement worksFour stages: the agency holds the client relationship, briefs us on the client and competitors, receives an unbranded analysis and specification, then presents and implements it under its own brand.01You hold the clientRelationship, contract andbilling stay with you.02You brief usClient domain, competitors, any context.03We produceAnalysis and specification,unbranded.04You deliverPresented, implemented andbilled as yours. THE ONLY STAGE WE TOUCH We never contact your client, never appear in the deliverable, and never compete for the implementation work.
Four stages. We are present in one of them.
The deliverable[2]

What do you actually supply?

Two documents. A competitive analysis establishing where the client stands against named rivals, and a build specification stating exactly what to construct. Both unbranded, both ready to present.

What is supplied to an agencySeven components: competitive field, keyword footprint and gap, AI visibility across four engines, cited sources, local presence, technical audit, and a page-level build specification. The specification is the part your team works from. For each page it states the target term with volume and difficulty, the URL, title tag and meta description, the full heading structure, the questions the copy must answer, the schema block, and the internal links in and out with anchor text. At site level it covers the page inventory marked build, rewrite, consolidate or redirect, the redirect map, entity and schema fixes, and build order with effort estimates.

Measured, not assumed: across seven companies analysed in one industrial market in July 2026, five showed evidence of purchased or spam backlinks — blog networks, cheap top-level domains, an SEO vendor case study and directory schemes. Not one of the seven appeared in the Google AI Overview returned for their own category, while three companies outside that set did.

Who this suits[3]

Which agencies is this for?

Agencies of roughly five to thirty people serving B2B and industrial clients, who build and maintain websites but do not run competitive search diagnostics in house.

You build the sitesDesign and development capacity is already yours. The analysis is the gap.
Clients ask about AIAnd you would rather answer with measurement than with a view.
Industrial or B2B clientsManufacturers, distributors, printers, packaging, contractors, logistics.
No in-house SEO analystThe volume does not justify a hire, but the questions keep arriving.
You want to keep the retainerWe have no interest in it and no route to it.
You need it to look like yoursUnbranded, presentable, and written for someone else’s letterhead.

The direction of travel is documented outside our own work. Semrush tracked Google AI Overview appearance rising from roughly 6.5 percent of queries in January 2025 to a peak near 25 percent that July across a ten-million-keyword sample. BrightEdge, measuring nine commercial industries, recorded 48 percent of queries triggering an AI Overview by February 2026. Seer Interactive measured organic click-through on those queries falling from 1.76 percent to 0.61 percent. Prevalence estimates vary by methodology and should be read as a range rather than a figure.

What we deliver[4]

What do you actually deliver?

Three pieces, in order: an analysis establishing where you stand, a build specification stating exactly what to construct, and optionally the pages themselves. Most companies start with the first and decide from there.

01 / ANALYSIS

Where you stand

Your position in search and AI answers, who is beating you, what share of your market you capture, and the reasons behind all three.

02 / SPECIFICATION

What to build

Every page mapped. Target term, URL, headings, schema, internal links, priority order. Written so your developer can work straight from it.

03 / PAGES

The writing

Optional, quoted separately. Most specifications die on delivery because nobody writes the pages. We write them if you want us to.

Questions[4]

Common questions about white label work

What is a white label SEO audit?
A white label SEO audit is a competitive analysis produced by one firm and delivered to the end client under another firm’s brand. The producing firm remains anonymous. Here the audit covers the competitive field, keyword footprint and gap, AI visibility across four answer engines, cited sources, local presence and technical crawlability, supplied unbranded and ready to present.
Will you contact our clients?
No. We work only with the agency. We are not named in the deliverable, we hold no contact with the end client, and we do not appear in any correspondence. If a client asks a technical question the agency cannot answer, we will answer it to you and you relay it.
Do you compete with us for implementation work?
No, and the business is structured so that we cannot. We produce diagnosis and specification only. Page writing is available where an agency wants it, but the implementation, hosting, design and ongoing relationship are yours and we have no route to them.
How is white label work priced?
Per engagement rather than per hour, at a rate that leaves room for agency markup. An analysis and a specification for a single client typically runs well below the direct-client rate on the basis that acquisition cost is nil and the agency handles presentation and account management. Volume arrangements are available.
How long does an analysis take?
A competitive analysis is typically returned within five to seven working days from receiving the client domain and competitor set. A full build specification takes a further two to three weeks depending on the number of pages involved.
Can we try it on one client first?
Yes, and that is the sensible way to start. Give us one client domain and their three main competitors. We will produce a full analysis and return it unbranded so you can judge the work before committing to anything further.
